The untold story of one twelve-year old’s dream to become the world’s greatest super villain.
Watch the film and paint yourself as a minion!
We’ll begin by looking at 70s art and explore patterns and colour blending. We’ll also think about the our own defining features and clothing accessories and how we can use them to make a unique minion portrait.
After the film we’ll paint our minion portraits onto canvas. Every participant will take home a unique canvas created by them and inspired by the film. It’ll be a great workshop to build confidence and have fun with art.
This workshop is suitable for children aged 7-14 years.
Schedule:
10am: welcome and warm up creative exercises
11:30am: film screening
1pm: lunch. Please bring a packed lunch with you.
After lunch: workshop of drawing and painting activities
3.30pm: ends
