Deaf Gathering: Vicky Barber Crimes: Hands Art
Attributes
Drop-in. No need to book
Drop in anytime between 2.45 and 4.45pm and get your hands dirty designing a collaborative wall collage using hand shapes to create a colourful, joyful landscape inspired by nature.
Vicky is profoundly Deaf, with a hearing family. She grew up using Sign Supported English (SSE) until, as an adult, she discovered the Deaf community and learnt to use BSL fluently.
She has a passion for abstract painting and shares and sells her work online and via social media. She’s also exhibited at DeafFest and King’s Community Centre, among other venues in the UK.
No need to book, donations welcome. All donations go directly towards supporting our artistic programme, building creative communities in Wales. Find out more.
