In 1967 three generations of women from the Ballygar district of Dublin have a dream: to win a pilgrimage to the sacred French town of Lourdes. On the journey old wounds are reopened forcing the women to confront their pasts together, as they travel in search of a miracle. With an all-star cast, this is a gentle and nourishing film about the power of friendship and forgiveness.
