Working at a seaside railway, Maloin witnesses a murder but doesn’t report it after he finds a suitcase full of money at the scene of the crime. Wracked by guilt and fear of being discovered, he takes it out on his family whilst an English detective tries to track down the disappearance of the money. An enigmatic satirical fable.
