An evening about transitions, testosterone, the edges of drag, the blurry line between performance and reality, character and self and the magical in the mundane.
Based on interviews with people from different generations who took testosterone while transitioning, TESTO is the first full-stage show from drag icon Wet Mess. The collected audio material is distorted, illustrated and incorporated through movement and lip-syncing.
Expect moustache meals, desktop dreams, dykey desires, underwhelming overwhelm, guttural sexuality and pinching at the dull flesh of life.
