Come along to Chapter on the third Saturday of every month when we'll be hosting Repair Cafe Wales.
Repair Cafe Wales is a collection of volunteers who come together to fix your items for free. Their goal is to reduce landfill waste, foster a feeling of community, and save people some money in the process. So, if you have a broken household item, just bring it to the Repair Cafe and get it fixed for free!
Typical repairs include: basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair, and woodworking, though they will have a look at most things (except microwaves as they are too dangerous).
Got any questions? Just drop Repair Cafe Wales a message on Facebook and they will do their best to ensure a repairer is available to fix your item.
More fixers are always welcome - come along even if it’s just to find out what’s going on, and tell your friends.
