Rona, fresh out of rehab, returns to the wild Orkney Islands after more than a decade away. As she reconnects with the dramatic landscape where she grew up, memories of her childhood merge with the more recent challenging events that have set her on the path to recovery. Filmmaker Nora Finscheidt follows up the excellent System Crasher with this adaptation of Amy Liptrot’s memoir of addiction and hope with an award-winning performance from Saoirse Ronan.

Working with sound as a healing tool for over 15 years, The Spirit Fox offers a variety of health beneficial treatments within sound therapy and shamanic healing.

Located in Penarth for the past two years , the Sound therapist and Shaman are well known for the atmospheric and deeply relaxing Sound baths as well as workshops, retreats , one to one sessions and classes.

The business is part of the CMA - Complementary Medical Association , and work with groups within the NHS and other holistic practices.

We welcome you to join us for a sound bath , an immersive, meditative and beautiful journey with sound.

The healing sounds and vibrations orchestrated from Gongs, Crystal & Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drum and rain stick will ease your body into a meditative state.

Relax. Recharge. Rebalance.

What you need to bring:
• A mat to lay on
• A pillow and blanket for comfort
• Water to drink.

⚠️ A sound bath is not recommended if you have epilepsy or are pregnant under 13 weeks.
