Lone Worlds: Garddio

Garddio: community-creative workshops for LGBTQIA+

Over the upcoming autumn period, we'll be exploring relaxation and authentic movement to help us reconnect with embodied experience. We hope it will be a chance for you to play with process, meet new people, and connect with others in the community. The sessions include a qualified safeguarding officer.

Our workshops will take place at the Peilot Space, Chapter Arts Centre, and each session runs from 6-8pm, approximately twice a month.

Here are the dates:

● 5 December

We recommend attending as many sessions as possible, as each builds on the last, offering new perspectives and experiences. Pre-booking is essential. Email us loneworldscardiff@gmail.com.
