Journey through nature-inspired workshops blending authentic movement, play, mindfulness, and relaxation. Connect with each element in a process-focused experience designed to ground, energise, and restore.
Session dates & themes:
🌱 Earth – 3 April - Connect with nature and explore your body through movement.
🔥 Fire – 17 April - Find your voice, build confidence, and strengthen connections.
💧 Water – 1 May - Express yourself through dance, movement, and emotions.
💨 Air – 15 May - Share ideas and explore new ways to communicate.
✨ Space – 29 May - Play, explore, and discover your place in the world.
