All life on Earth is connected by a great mystery we are only just beginning to unravel. Hidden between the world of plants and animals, another world exists. We join biologist Dr Merlin Sheldrake on a quest in the mysterious world of the forest floor of Tasmania as we seek out the precious blue mushroom which could provide solutions to humanity’s survival. During this search we learn about these grand and unusual organisms which have been central players in nature’s story of birth, death and rebirth since the beginning of time.
