Our Carry On Screaming films are every Friday morning. They allow parents or carers with a child under one to see a film without having to worry about causing a disturbance, and with adjustments to the cinema environment to make it as convenient and comfortable as possible. It’s free entry for babies, but please be aware: no baby, no entry.

It is 2008 13-year-old Chris is enjoying his last summer holiday before high school begins. He learns how to skate, discovers social media, bickers with his sister and struggles with new-found feelings for girls. His mother, on her own whilst their Dad works away, tries to cope with all the messiness of three generations living in the house. This winner of the Sundance Audience Award is a moving autobiographical coming-of-age story, with wonderful performances.

13-year-old Chris adjusts to teenage life in this moving coming of age drama.
