BSL Tour of Abi Palmer: Slime Mother exhibition
- 1h 0m
Attributes
- Duration 1h 0m
- Type Contemporary Visual Arts
Entry’s free but booking is essential
Abi’s exhibition creates an alternate universe where slugs are worshipped. Through slime, queerness and erotic, alien mating rituals, Slime Mother invites you to embrace the slug’s strangeness.
Emily Rose and Alex Miller from Our Visual World will lead two BSL Tours of our art exhibition and take you to a world of slime! You’ll leave with a new found respect for slugs and all things slimy!
The exhibition features film, sculpture and even a slug disco! The film has BSL-in-vision that’s played 15, 30 and 45 minutes past the hour (it lasts 7 minutes in total). It’s also audio described on the hour, every hour.
If you miss the BSL Tours, pop along anytime between 11am and 5pm. Entry is free.
Gallery will open to the public at 1.30pm on Saturday 7 September.
