PJ and Josie, are unpopular, Queer and desperate teenage girls with a plan. To start a fight club as a way of attracting cheerleaders and finally losing their virginity. Their bizarre plan works, and soon the most popular girls in school are straddling each other with fierce rage in the name of self-defence. But PJ and Josie find themselves in over their heads and in need of a way out before their plan is exposed. A smart black comedy from the writer-director of the delightfully dark Shiva Baby.
“A smart and extremely weird high school sex comedy that manages to be one of the horniest movies in recent memory...through a specifically queer lens... In the realm of black comedies unabashedly embracing teen nastiness, Heathers walked so Jawbreaker could run, Mean Girls could fly, and so Bottoms can now proudly land in outer space.”
