In Hong Kong, babies are being kidnapped by the Invisible Woman for the Evil Master, who plans to raise them to become unbeatable warriors. The Invisible Woman's sister, Tung, married to the police officer investigating the kidnappings, secretly fights crime as Wonder Woman. When the Invisible Woman reconnects with her sister and her childhood friend, Thief Catcher, they convince her to team up with them to defeat the Evil Master.
The strange and campy plot, which many have taken as a commentary on the imminent handover of Hong Kong to China, is the background for a series of outstanding action sequences from the biggest female stars of Hong Kong cinema. A live action cartoon that never takes itself too seriously.
