FREE and no need to book. Refreshments will be provided.

ACTivate Your Life: Deaf Wellbeing is a free psychology course in BSL designed to help you better understand yourself and your mind and improve your mental health and wellbeing.

The course can help you to take greater control of your actions so that day-to-day life becomes more enjoyable. You’ll learn practical and effective ways of dealing with thoughts and feelings that may be causing you distress.

The course has been developed by Dr Neil Frude and is supported by BSL. It’s been created to offer Deaf people new tools to help them cope with everyday stress, anxiety, insomnia and low mood.

The course is in four filmed sessions and will be screened on Saturday mornings.

What’s important to you? This session will help you to think about what you really care about. Discover how acting in tune with your values can be the best way for you to have a better life.
