Booking tickets

Online
We ask, wherever possible, that you book tickets in advance via our website. Visit What’s On and select your chosen film, performance or event. Booking for Cinema and Theatre is available up to 15 minutes before the advertised start time, unless stated otherwise, and subject to availability. Booking for virtual events is available up to one hour before the advertised start time, unless stated otherwise, and subject to availability.

In person
If you’re unable to book online, a member of our team will be able to assist you in the venue at our Information Desk. Please note, contactless payment is encouraged at our Information Desk. We regret that we can’t take bookings for tickets over the phone.

Collecting tickets
There’s no need to collect tickets. We’ve installed self-scanning machines at the entrances to both of our cinemas and theatres. You’ll be able to scan a QR code from your phone or print it out at home before visiting. If you’re unable to do this, we’ll print your tickets at the Information Desk, but, for your safety, we’d like to avoid this wherever possible.
