Terms and Conditions
- Gift Memberships/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Gift Memberships/Vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
- No change or refund will be given. Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- Vouchers can be used at our Box Office for the purchase of tickets or in the Caffi Bar for food and drink.
- Vouchers can’t be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
- We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that are damaged or look as if they’ve been tampered with or duplicated.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Chapter is final.
- Chapter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
