  • Gift Memberships/Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Memberships/Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; they can’t be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
  • No change or refund will be given. Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
  • Vouchers can be used at our Box Office for the purchase of tickets or in the Caffi Bar for food and drink.
  • Vouchers can’t be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse vouchers that are damaged or look as if they’ve been tampered with or duplicated.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Chapter is final.
