Deaf Gathering is a four-day, Deaf-led festival for everyone. The Deaf takeover includes film, performance, socials, workshops, comedy, talks and much more. It’s a space for Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people to come together and experience the best of Deaf culture.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Deaf Gathering 2024!
Most of our events are free but you’ll still need to book a ticket for each one you want to attend. For some of our larger events you’ll need to pay for a ticket.
All our events are supported with BSL and spoken English, and some have live captions. You’ll find information about access on our website when you click on an event. Interpreters will also be available in our café bar and social spaces throughout the festival.
*We use the word ‘Deaf’ as a general term to cover all types of deafness and hearing loss.
