Our Slime Mother Cinema continues with an eclectic mix of titles curated by artist Abi Palmer to compliment her free exhibition in our gallery. We’re also bringing you more spine-tingling summer horror and the hypnotic Slow Cinema summer. We’re sure there’s something for everyone!

Caring for a little one under 1 year old? Our Carry On Screaming films are every Friday morning where you can enjoy a film without worrying about disturbances. Free entry for babies, but no baby, no entry. We’re also offering free and reduced rate family films and free lunches for under 18s throughout the summer holidays.

Family fun at Chapter

We’re screening low-cost and free family films throughout the summer!

In a change to our usual offer, we’re pricing these at £3 per ticket (usual ticket price £7/£9). We’ll be offering half our seats free of charge via our work with local organisations and charities to reach people who face barriers to attendance through economic hardship. If you miss out on a ticket, we recommend coming to Chapter as any unclaimed tickets will be released 10 minutes before the film starts.

A Slow Cinema Summer

This summer, long takes accompany the long days as we shelter from the muggy drizzle and the sunshine in the cinema with some contemplative classics and new releases from the Slow Cinema movement.
