Coming up this week – Slow Cinema, family films and more

Our Slow Cinema Season, Will Heaven Fall Upon Us?, brings you some contemplative classics and dreamy new releases and a celebration of Béla Tarr’s captivating dystopian fables.

Our low-cost and free family film screenings continue this week with Kensuke’s Kingdom. Tickets are just £3 . We’re offering half our seats for free via our work with local organisations and charities, and every ticket you buy goes directly to supporting this. You can also pick up a free packed lunch for anyone under 18 between 11.30am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.

It’s your last chance to catch spine-tingler Longlegs, and Levan Akin’s Crossing, a bright warm drama about the possibilities of transformation.

And on the horizon.... we’re excited to be screening the hotly anticipated Kneecap; a fierce and funny fable of the rebellious rap trio from Belfast + in-person Q&A on 21 August.
