BFI’s Powell & Pressburger continues into the winter with specially curated strands celebrating themes of Sex and Spirituality, with a post-screen talk from So Mayer on Queer sexuality that was pervasive in their work.
Our Reciprocal Gestures: a season of movement and dance performance programme aligns with the Powell & Pressburger film season, showcasing the theme of dance as art. This month celebrate the art of karaoke in Empty Orchestra, and Sit. Still with Good News From The Future who present their new work-in progress developed during their Sunday sessions in the building.
Join Performance Artist in Residence Anushiye Yarnell for two new iterations of the ongoing series, Marathon of Intimacies - a performance exploring choreographies in conversation.
We celebrate Welsh Ballroom culture with the Welsh Ballroom Community who bring to us, Nosweithia Vogue.
