Our Community Garden

Outdoors, we’re proud to work with Canton Community Gardeners who nurture our green spaces and share their knowledge through outreach work with schools and our local communities. They also look after our beautiful bees!

We’re very proud of our beautiful community garden, and grateful for the skills and support of our volunteer gardeners. We hope you can linger a while, enjoy our green spaces, and even pick some fruit or veg when the time is right!

There’s lots of opportunity to help us in the garden – if you love watering and weeding, you’ll find a special place in our hearts! Our drop-in gardening times are Monday 6.30-7.30pm and Thursday 9.30-11am.

We also work with many local schools and groups who come along to get their hands dirty (we’ve got a great supply of children’s gardening tools), to learn about planting and caring for seeds and flowers, or to find out about our bees (we’ve got children’s bee suits too).

Our community garden is made with love and with the vision and inspiration of Canton Community Gardens. You’ll find lots of information on the garden at their website and Facebook page.

For more details, you can email info@cantoncommunitygarden.co.uk or ring our community gardener Roger Phillips on 07704 259 159.
